In french you are angry "again" somebody not "with" somebody. So the translation is:
"Pourquoi êtes-vous en colère contre moi ?"
For your second sentence I would say:
"Ne pouvons-nous être (de) bons amis ?"
Sorry I mean angry "against" somebody (and not "again")...

The English expression 'friendship knows no boundaries' is rather well known.
There should be a French equivalent.
'L'amitié n'a pas de frontière' or
'L'amitié ne connait pas de frontière'
