How do you call  CRÊPE SALÉE in English meaning the opposite of Sweet crepe. Thanks

For food in general the term is "savoury" . It also applies to pancakes.

I think in a (fancy) restaurant you are also  likely to see items described in French on the menu ....

It might be as simple as this: Pancake = sweet, Crêpe = savoury.

Not quite sure what you mean (in English?) but I don't think so.

There seem to be plenty of recipes for Mushroom Pancakes...

Ah, well, I'm wrong then.

In Ebglish, these culinary terms are usually "sweet" and "savory" whether it's a pancake, a crepe, or even a jam.

savory pies and tarts as well.
