Ok I've used Babelfish which I'm guessing isn't always correct but I would really appreciate help translating this phrase...

It is supposed to say - "fourteen hands will hold and count the passing of time, when the fallen angel burns, the golden two will join"

Who is supposed to "count the passing time time"? the fourteen hands?
In this case it gives something like:
But "les deux dorés" is not very good. What refers to "the golden two"?
