''Mon appartment donne sur la rue principale. Il est beau et trés grand. J’aime la belle vue par la fenêtre de ma chambre. Il y a un lac au centre du grand parc qui est situé devant mon immeuble.''

I don't see what was wrong with la belle vue depuis ma chambre, though. I think par la fenêtre de ma chambre would be more common when you actually have a verb of "looking".

Be careful with your accents. ''La belle vue depuis ma chambre'' can be said without any problem, it's grammaticaly correct.

Grammatically your sentences seem correct.
By the way I would say something like:
Il est beau et très spacieux.
J'ai une belle vue depuis ma chambre (or "J'ai une vue imprenable depuis ma chambre" If you mention such view, it's natural to think you enjoy it.)
il y a un lac au centre du grand parc qui fait face à mon immeuble (or: ...parc en face de mon immeuble).
