1.Pour moi vous êtes une belle fille.

2.Vous êtes une belle fille pour moi.

As far as I am concerned you are a beautiful girl.
For me, you are a beautiful girl.
I consider you a beautiful girl.
[ Are both the first and the second sentence fine?]

Maybe there should be a comma. I am not sure.

Hi Crack,

"Pour moi" (preferably placed at the beginning of the sentence) is ok, but doesn't feel natural.

À mes yeux would probably sound more like native French. Another one is Pour ma part.

A literal translation, that would be perfectly acceptable is En ce qui me concerne.

Oh, and a literal translation of IMHO would also be perfectly correct: À mon humble opinon / À mon humble avis.

In this specific sentence, I'd tend to say "à mes yeux", because it's on par with the rest of the sentence (you're talking about how someone looks).
"pour ma part" and "en ce qui me concerne" might sound a bit selfish.
"À mon humble avis/opinion" is the most versatile one.
Hi Frank,

I am inspired by you. I have a deep urge to learn and speak French as a native speaker. But, i feel inferior after seeing your replies. Great explanation!

Thanks!

Thanks Frank
You can never write correct French unless you are Gallic.

Devaki

In English, we always write 'I' not 'i'.
I know French and some other languages do write in simple letters.

I am inspired by you. I have a deep urge to learn and speak French as a native speaker. But, I feel inferior after seeing your replies. Great explanation!
Thanks for correcting me, Crack1!

Devaki, the above is fine.
However, I would write something similar to the following:

I am inspired by your reply. I have a great desire to learn and speak French. I hope one day I could speak French like a native speaker. After reading your excellent comments, I must tell you that I feel ashamed of my standard of French. Great explanation!
Crack1, thanks for correcting me again! My urge is to learn French; and it is not my desire.
