I would translate the words 'Voilà mon amour' as 'Hello my darling'.
It should actually be translated as "As you can see my darling". Don't forget that the word "voilà" comes from "vois là" (see here). But we also use it just to start a sentence, just as you would use "Well, ...." in English. So here you can also translate as "Well, my darling, ..."
The end of the sentence can be translated as "there's nothing really new in my life" or something like that.
