I know her well.
She knows me.
Therefore, she knows all the facts about me.
Je la connais bien .
Elle me connaît .
Par conséquent/Ainsi , elle connaît tous les faits sur moi.
She knows me too.
Elle me connaît aussi.

I think my French sentences are imperfect. So please rectify them.
[ Here the word 'imperfect' does not means the English past tense.]

I can't see too much wrong with your sentences.
In the last sentence though I am tempted to use savoir instead of connaître.
I think you could also say "Elle sait tout sur moi" .
