Hey guys,

just wondering if anyone could help me translating some english to french.

Is this the correct way to write 'Life is beautiful, life is love' in french.

La vie est belle, la vie est l'amour

and the same with "To live in the hearts we leave behind is not to die" would this be the right

translation....Pour vivre dans le cœur nous laissons derrière nous n'est pas de mourir.

just want to make sure i get it right, as they're going to be tattoo's as of thursday! :)

thanks heaps

'La vie est belle, la vie est amour'  (no article for 'amour')

'Vivre dans le cœur de ceux que nous laissons ce n'est pas mourir'

thanks greg.

how about this one..."you live on in the hearts you left behind" translated to french?

I think the best way to translate 'live on' in this case is 'survivre'.

'Tu survis dans le cœur de ceux que tu laisses derrière toi'
