'je vais dirais' is not correct, it's like to say 'I will be going to say'

The phrase is probably 'je vous dirais', which means depending on the context 'I would say to you' or 'I will say to you', or maybe 'je vais dire', which is 'I will say'

I'm not sure of the meaig of  'prendre la vie à bras le corps', but I saw something about 'dealing with some obstacles in your life'. Maybe somebody can correct that

Thank you Lauris for your attempt  to assist me in translation, i guess you are most probably right  it must be ' Je vous dirais' .

Once again, if the phrase was 'je vous dirais', it can means different things :

- if it was 'je vous dirais que....something' : you can translate by 'I would say to you that...'

- if it was 'je vous dirai demain' for instance, it means 'I will say to you'

- if it was 'je vous dirai demain' for instance, it means 'I will say to you'

I would render that as I will tell you tomorrow.

French makes no distinction between 'say' and 'tell.'

"prendre la vie à bras le corps" means to deal with the obstacles you meet without avoiding them.
