Translation of this relative clause, please

Hi.

Could someone help me with the translation of the relative clause in this sentence, please?

"Il vit en Italie avec un salaire bien confortable qui ne regarde que lui."

I think the main clause means, "He lives in Italy with a very comfortable salary", but it's the next bit that puzzles me.
