Which Is The Best Sentence(s) Among The Followings Given Below?

The first and the fourth are not correct. The second and third are both correct but don't mean the same.

Anyway, in both cases, I'd rather say:

-La conférence SUR LE réveil de la Belgique: it means that Belgium is "awakening" (figurative) and that the conference is about that.
-La conférence SUR LE réveil en Belgique: it means that the conference deals with waking up(//sleep, ) in general in Belgium.
