Conditional mood
Bonjour!
Is this the correct use of the conditional mood? Has it been used correctly? The context is encouraging young people/school children to help protect the environment.
Je vais faire les affiches qui encourager les jeunes a penser sur leurs actions, et, s'ils pensaient, ils changeraient leurs facons.
What I attempted to say was: I am going to make posters which encourage young people to think about their actions, and, if they thought, they would change their ways.

Je vais réaliser des posters/ affiches/ afin d'inciter les jeunes à réfléchir sur leur comportements -et si ils réfléchissaient ils changeraient leur manière de vivre.- but this last part doesn't sound quite natural we 'd put rather something like:
cela devrait permettre de changer leur façon de vivre.
