1] Il a une voiture.
He has a car.

2] Il n'a pas une voiture.
3] Il n'a pas de voiture.

It seems the second sentence is wrong.
Please tell me.

The second one might actually be correct if and only if you say for instance "Il n'a pas une voiture, mais il en a deux."
Otherwise, if you just want to say that he doesn't have a car, you should use #3.
