tricot de peau?
Can't seem to find a translation for tricot de peau. Is it some kind of tee-shirt?

A "tricot de peau" is an underwear tee-shirt. You can also say "maillot de corps" or "marcel" (for tricot de peau with no sleeve).

Does that mean I could translate this as tee-shirt then? or under-shirt? I saw a picture of Bruce Lee wearing a kind of long-sleeved cotton tee-shirt in an article referring to him wearing a tricot de peau!

For us (in France) a long-sleeved cotton tee-shirt can be called a sweat-shirt. A tee-shirt is a kind of "tricot de peau" with short sleeves, so I guess you can use "sweat-shirt" to describe a king of "tricot de peau" with long sleeves.
We don't realy use "tricot de peau" anymore in everyday language (except perhaps when we talk about underwear), now we use instead "tee-shirt" (or "sweat-shirt"), especially when we don't wear a shirt over it...
