Translation help.

I have a bracelet that says: "Mon coeur est a toi pour toujours." Is this the correct translation for "My heart is yours forever"?

"à toi" instead of "a toi" but except that point it's correct.
You can also say:
"Mon coeur est tien pour toujours"
or
"Mon coeur est tien à jamais"...
(I personally prefer the last version, but all are quite correct)
