te, ta, ton and suivante / à côté

 hello - some help please in translating:)

I need to write about a female.... said to a male...

"Your american friend is next".

as in your friend is next to be chosen....

I am afraid to confuse the your / you and next with adjacent or next to something? 

It is a conversation so I do not need vous or votre.... prefer the te / ta/

Te  amie américaine est la suivante.
or
 Ta  amie américaine est à côté.

?
