I guess it is 'la grippe animaux'.

What is the French word for swine influenza vaccination?

I recommend you to get swine influenza vaccination.

This dictionary should get updated then.

It's called Grippe A.

"grippe mexicaine" and "grippe porcine" have been deprecated.

Do you mean swine flu? Then it's "grippe porcine"
"Je vous recommande de vous faire vacciner contre la grippe porcine".
swine flu vaccination = vaccin contre la grippe porcine

It's now called Grippe A or Grippe A (H1N1).

"grippe porcine" was initially used, but that term is not in use any more.

If you listened to news from the UK, it is swine flu.
Do you watch BBC and Sky news?
Most of the time I watch TV5, France2 and the Russian channel.
However, I have very little time to watch TV.
I assume this is the case for many of us.
By the way I send questions to Russian forum too.

Frank -- "swine flu" and "grippe porcine" are perfectly OK medical terms as far as I'm aware. "Influenza A" and "Grippe A" are then more specific forms of swine flu/grippe porcine; the terms aren't strictly interchangeable.

But when it comes to the H1N1, the one everyone is talking about these days, "grippe porcine" was the initial term used by newspapers. This term has been banned, because it was controversial (some references: http://www.lepoint.fr/actualites-societe/2009-04-28/virus-ne-l-appe... - http://www.cyberpresse.ca/international/200904/27/01-850642-le-term... - http://www.europe1.fr/Info/Actualite-France/Sante/La-France-en-aler...).
Nowadays, you don't see the term "grippe porcine" any more. You either read "Grippe A" or more specifically "Grippe A/H1N1".
