In order to be healthy you should engage in some sports.
Are the 3rd and 4th sentences fine?

[ I train 3 times a week. Je me entrainer 3 fois par semaine.]

Grace à sport je pèse 60 kilos de 62 et ma dernière de tension était 117/80.

I have seen umpteenth times on France 2 channel uses the word ' Pour votre santé pratiquer ... or Pour votre santé mange legume ...

I haven't learnt to ride horses. I know a girl who work with horses. She massages horses. That is her profession. I haven't seen for a long time. We work together at a company some years ago. She visits people who own horses and massage them.

I ran a lot in the past. I ran marathons too. I underwent knee surgery. Afterwards, I gave up running and started circuit-training at a gym.

Sometimes I go swimming too. Now is summer. I do lots of cycling in summer.
I guess you are fluent in Spanish too. I have learnt Spanish too.

However, I like Russian and French. Nowadays I write Russian too. I know a couple a Russian girls and try to practice Russian with them; it is a beautiful language.
