Rogne et risque

"en rogne" is used with the "être" verb, so:

Il est en rogne

Means that he's in a bad mood.

"en rogne" is often used when something went wrong because of somebody, not because of something.

Je suis en rogne contre mon ami qui est en retard

Or you can just use "en colère" instead of "en rogne". It's more generic.

Elle a le gôut du risque.
She likes taking risks.

I think even the above means she likes taking risks.
The French verb 'aimer' stands means like.
Is it correct?
