Please help me to correct mistake, if any, in following sentences:-

Yesterday I saw you(female) and Stanley in the Church.

Hier je vous ai vu et Stanley dans l'Eglise
Hier j'ai vu vous et Stanley dans l'église

Unfortunately I can't find your couple after the service.
Malheureusement je ne peux pas trouver vos couples après le service
Malheureusement, je ne puis trouver votre couple après que le service

Recently I am visiting another church, returning to Christ Church occasionally.

J'ai récemment suis visitant une autre église pour en revenir à Christ Church occasionnellement
Récemment je visite une autre église retournant à l'église du Christ de temps en temps

I'm in anticipation to meet your couple in another occasion.
Je suis en prévision de répondre à vos couple dans une autre occasion
Je suis d'avance pour rencontrer vos couples dans une autre occasion.
Je suis dans l'attente pour répondre à vos couple dans une autre occasion.

Have my best regards to Stanley.
Ayez mes souvenirs à Stanley
N'ont mes meilleures salutations à Stanley

Dropping "Have my" here?

What shall I say "Have my best regards to Stanley" in conversation?

Or "Please send/convey my best regards to Stanley"? (both in conversation and in writing)

The idea of "regards" is really an English preoccupation and I wouldn't get too bogged down in trying to translate it literally. I think you could just say e.g. Passe le bonjour à Stanley de ma part, Dis bonjour a Stanley (de ma part)-- though I quite like Frank's solution for e.g. a non-formal e-mail to a business colleague.

And OK, in a really formal context maybe something like transmettez mes meilleures salutations à... if you really insist...? (But I wonder... do French people really put that kind of thing at the end of a formal letter?-- I think it's an English thing.)

In a formal letter, a very common way to sign is Cordialement.

And informal letter is often signed by à bientôt or à plus tard (often shortened as A+ or @+ on the Internet).

Yes. If you really want this "Have my", you could write Recevez but this is really not needed in French.

Passe le bonjour à Stanley

Ouch, pay attention to the grammar. "vue" (singular+feminine) wouldn't make any sense here.

Also, it looks more common to repeat a direct object, ie. "Je t'ai vu, toi et Stanley" rather than "Je vous ai vus, toi et Stanley". Google seems to agree ( "je t'ai vu, toi et": 57 500 matches vs ""je vous ai vus, toi et": 460 matches and "je l'ai vu, lui et" : 104 000 matches vs "je les ai vus, lui et" : 214 matches).

J'espère bientôt pouvoir vous rencontrer une autre fois.

"bientôt" and "une autre fois" don't play well in the same phrase. Just pick one of them, not both.
