une vingtaine means "about 20" rather than vingt which would be exactly 20.
présents means present, or available, not presented.

"m’étant addressés/envoyés" = addressed to me
I have used the auxiliary "être" before the verb "addresser" and reversed all the words in the french sentence to make it sound right. It wouln't be correct to say "envoyés à moi".

Yes, fait = make, as in "make wine" rather than "brew wine."
