de grande renommée=renowed ?

Une vingtaine=a twenty ? Why adding "une" before "vingtaine" ?

Découvrez=discover ?

Métiers du conseil=trade council ?

distribution spécialisée=specialized distribution ?

secteur d'activité=business line/sector ?

à coup sûr=certainly

une vingtaine means "about 20" rather than vingt which would be exactly 20.
présents means present, or available, not presented.
You haven't got Métiers du conseil quite right either, but your first effort wasn't bad at all. I'd improve it as follows:

About twenty prestigious companies are on hand
See the list of recruiters who will be at the show.
From the consulting, insurance, banking or specialized distribution industries.....
whatever your industry sector or your level of experience,
there is sure to be a professional opportunity that fits you !

What would following endings mean?

1. bonne continuation
2. bon courage

1. No equivalent that I know. It's part of a set of "Bonne... " phrases (Bonne chance, Bon appétit, Bon voyage..) when there isn't anything specific to wish. A perfect example is holiday wishes: When a holiday is imminent, the wish is Bonnes vacances, but if the holiday is already happening there's nothing left to hope for but the continuation.
