I have no idea translating "shed me some light"

Do I need adding "oral"?

Ah vous travaillez dans une entreprise française. C'est parler le Français est essentielle pour travailler dans votre entreprise?

2)
How long you have been working in your firm? Do you write good French?
Depuis combien de temps vous avez été travaillant dans votre entreprise? Vous composes du bon Français?

3)
Excuse me, let me introduce you Eric. Eric speaks French. He learned it in University.
Excusez-moi, permettez-moi vous présenter Eric. Eric parle Français. Il a appris se (ca ?) à l'université

Veuillez m'éclairer sur la façon correcte d'exprimer les phrases suivantes lors de rencontres en français.

shed me some light = éclaire-moi sur...

Conversation orale sounds a bit redundant. Conversation alone is better, imo.

Ah, vous travaillez dans une entreprise française. Est-il crucial de savoir parler le français pour travailler dans votre entreprise ? (OR Est-il crucial de maîtriser le français pour travailler dans votre entreprise ?)

Depuis combien de temps travaillez-vous dans votre entreprise ? Votre français écrit est-il bon ?

When you're speaking of the language, French = français, not Français.

Whtether it means "enlighten me on..." ?

Il l'a appris à l'université.
Whether it is "Il le a appris l'université". Drop the "e" making it as 1'a ...."? "le" refers to "français"?

The verb "éclairer" has several meanings:
1. To light up, to brighten, to illuminate
2. To clarify, to throw light on.
3. To enlighten. For example:
J'ai besoin qu'on m'éclaire sur ce point.
I need sb to explain this point to me OR to enlighten me on this point.

Yes, "il le a" becomes "il l'a", and the "le" refors to "français".
