Les trois 20????? Maybe it's a mistake in the French original.

The only way I can understand "les trois 20" is that somewhere else in the text there are specific mentions for 3 different values/topics (and all values = 20).
But even with that explanation (I hope it's clear...) this formulation is quite odd.
If you can't find any reference to 3 different values, it's certainly an error in the French original text.
