I know a person who was unhinged was behind hurling a tea cup at Mona Lisa.
I have visited Louvre several times just to see the original Mona Lisa.

My question is on the following sentence:
La direction du Louvre a porté plainte contre femme mentalement perturbée.
How do you translate it into English?

The management of the Louvre has lodged a complaint against a woman who is mentally deranged.

Hello Crack,

"porter plainte" actually means to sue, to take to court.
