How is this? Many errors or? Translation/grammar

Hello There! I was wondering if this text:

Óú tu as été?
J'ai été à Rome, c'est capitale en italie
C'était agréable, combien es-tu resté en italie?
Un semaine l'année dernière
Qu'est-ce que tu as fait à Rome?
J'ai visité le colisé, le Vatican et le centre ville. C'etait chouvette.
Comment était la Météo, chaud ou froid?
Chaud, très chaud.
Tu as éte là avec quelqu'un?
Oui, j'ai été avec mon péré?
Oh okej, avez-vous été là avant?
Oui, j'ai suis à Rome, we have relatives that live there the year around.
oh okej, comment avez-vous y aller?
Nous avons pris l'avion de landvetter, Gothenburg.
J'ai aussi été dans Suède! le temps écoulé? (how long did it take?)
Il m'a fallu 35 heures de voyage.

Is it grammatically correct? I havent really studied french in a long time so i was wondering if some nice soul could help me with my french

Just a better way

rather than "j'ai été" you could write "je suis allé" ...

Just some more :

c'est la capitale d' Italie. We rather say "c'est la capitale de l'Italie" ("de la France" "de l'Allemagne")

le Météo ... et non ;-) ... météo is feminine : "la" météo (everybody would say it to you, "la météo" is fickle ... like a woman".
