Ecole de pensée

Il y a plusieurs écoles de pensée dans l'armée.

There are several schools of thought in the army.

I think my French sentence is fine. You might object to the preposition 'dans'.

In French there may be some other ways to write 'there are several'.

Please help me.

Hello Crack,

"Il y a plusieurs" is the right way to say "There are several".

And just like in English you could also say : "Il y a différentes école..."
