In English, we say, he has money on him.
This means he has some cash in his wallet.
We don't say he has money with him.

I have money on me.

1.J'ai de l'argent sur moi.

2.Il a de l'argent sur toi.

I just want to know whether my French sentences are correct.

Hey Crack,

The first one is correct.

However, the second isn't. I let you find why (hint: last word).
Il a de l'argent sur lui.

Am I correct now?
Yep!
3.Ils ont de l'argent sur ils.
They have money on them.

I hope my 3rd sentence is fine. The word 'lui' won't work here because it points to a single individual.
"ils", when it's the object complement, becomes "eux".

Ils ont de l'argent sur eux
