1] Même si je suis un sale étranger j'aime les belles filles.

2] Bien que je suis un sale étranger j'aime les belles filles.

Although I am a bloody foreigner, I like beautiful girls.

What is the correct sentence?
Maybe you would like to know the context; it is dating.

"Bien que" and "Quoi que" should always be followed by the subjunctive.

You should definitely ban "sale étranger", this is very rude, even as a kind of a joke.
Thans Frank
One of my best French teachers taught me how to say that I am a bloody foreigner.
He was born in Tunisia. He is retired now.

Some years later I studied French with another teacher. Her name is Maria.
She vigorously refused to comment on this.

Of course it is very rude. I am well aware of it. With close friends, I joke with similar things.
I have learnt how to say this even in Russian.

I use it among very close friends.

Bien que je sois un sale étranger j'aime les belles filles.
Is it correct now?
Please tell me.
Yes, the grammar is correct now.

Maybe this is a cultural thing, but even as a kind of a joke, saying that in French would be a bad idea.

Let's cut to the chase: the person you are saying that to, might think that you're accusing her of being racist. If you're describing yourself that way, it might be because you think that it's how she's considering you.

It can be funny. Some very famous humorist like Jamel Debbouze are playing a lot with that. But this is borderline and it requires skills in order to do it right and to avoid any ambiguity.

Don't blow your date, don't say that.

(in addition, I don't get your point. It's public concern that men feel attracted to gorgeous girls, no matter where they come from).
Thanks Frank

I know the limits. I am very careful when selecting words.
Je sais parler aux filles.

I know how to talk to girls.
I hope my French sentence is fine.
Please tell me.
Yes, it's fine.
