le rocher litteraly is the rock

La forêt Noire : eng. the black forest  germ. Schwarzbaldkuchen

Le trio : three chocolates cake

Le fondant : eng. chocolate fondant  US : motlen chocolate cake

I don't know the two others

They look good. Miam.

Sometimes, the name of the cake comes from the form 'like "le dôme", in English the dome.
