would like to know how to say I'm sorry for your pain in French.
Have a friend having problems, lost loved one and I would like to know how to say "im sorry for
your pain" in French , can anyone help me out?

The standard phrase is "Je suis de tout coeur avec toi." Depending on your relationship, that might be seen as a bit too standard, but it was written to me when I had a loss by very warm and long-standing friends.
