Words and Phrases
Hi everyone. I am doing a website conversion English to French and needed to convert single words and phrases primarily for the site templates. Once this is complete and signed off on we will hire a translation firm to do the actual content. In the mean time though I would appreciate any help i can get. I have tried a few websites that do conversions but cannot seem to find one that is reliable as they tend to take the phrase out of context. If anyone out there does not mind I will throw out a few words and phrases for starters. Thanks j

Hi Marc. Thanks for the reply...Utilities refers to such things as water, sewer, electricity that is provided by the local government for the residents. So would the catch all word simply be Services?

What is the proper French word for Profile as in Community Profile? I am also look for clarity on the word Utilities (hydro, gas, water, sewer etc)

With this meaning, "utilities" can be translated by "Infrastructures" (plural).
Profile is simply "profil" ("community profile" = "profil communautaire")
