When to pronounce 's' at end of tous

To some extent, although with "plus", you can distinguish two fairly distinct cases:

- the positive sense, where the final -s is pretty much always pronounced (as [s])
- the negative sense, where the final -s is essentially "not pronounced" (which means that it can be pronounced, as [z]), in liaison contexts, though in reality I think this is actually quite rare)
