What verb tense is this?

We haven't had a single shower since June. If only we had a spring and a big well!

Would this take the subjunctif for the second sentence?

Here is what I came up with, please correct my mistakes!

Nous n'avons pas eu un seule orage depuis Juin. Que nous aurions seulement une source et un grand puits!

It should be :

Nous n'avons pas eu une seule pluie depuis Juin.
Si seulement nous avions une source et un grand puits

The verb tense is the imparfait.

"If only" is always translated as "Si seulement" + imparfait (if this is still the case now), or "Si seulement" + plus que parfait (if it's in the past).

Si seulement je m'était levé tôt ce matin, je ne serais pas arrivé en retard au bureau (plus-que-parfait. It's in the past, it's too late to change this).

Nous n'avions pas eu une seule pluie depuis Juin. Si seulement nous avions eu une source et un grand puits. (past: we hadn't had any shower. But it's probably not true any more, it has rained since).
