What does the following mean in English?

The first two are gibberish. The last one means "I am in...", "I am inside..." (but is not a complete sentence as it stands).

je mi appétit - Isn't this the same thing as I am hungry?

"je mi appétit" is simply non grammatical! The words literally mean "I mid appetite", but it's gibberish.

 

"I'm hungry" would usually be J'ai faim.
