Je peux bien le faire.
You can think of it this way: the le is "locked" to the front of the verb, almost as though "le faire" was actually a single word.
The only thing (practically) that can come between a clitic and the verb is another clitic (as in le lui donner). ("clitic" = the technical term for what is often called things like "preceding object pronoun" in traditional grammar-- words like le, lui etc here).
