You call that "un marché". It usually designates markets in the street.

You can also say "un marché à ciel ouvert" or "un marché en plein air" (literally "opened to the sky", implying it takes place outside).

"Un marché de rue" might exists too, but I rarely hear it.

I believe a flea market is un marché de puce (or it might be un marché des puces)

It is "marché aux puces", and it seems to match, according to http://www.linguee.fr/francais-anglais  (a very useful website, it searches for translation of words/idioms inside texts which are already translated, so you can see how it is used)

Bien sur; you are absolutely correct: aux not des.
