a French phrase we sometimes hear is "Ou La La" when someting is special or spectacular. Am I spelling it correctly? Is there a direct translation of this phrase? Also, there is usually an accent mark above the 'u'. Is it this one (ù) or this one (ú)? Thanks.

Hi Jack,
The right spelling of this interjection is Hou la la.
A possible translation could be "Wow!" although native English speakers might come up with something better :)
