Is it correct in french to say " Elle porte la robe inverse"  for "she wears the gown inside out"

Or is there another way to say it. I checked dictionary for reverse couldn't find anything that helps. Is there an expression for "inside out" in french ?

We often say à l'envers for "inside out".

A translation of your exemple could be Elle porte la (we'd rather say sa) robe à l'envers.

Thank you Erwan, very kind of you.
