It would be easier with the context, but usually "sangsue" refers to a greedy person. And yes, it's insulting.

Merci. It makes no sense at all, the person is replying to political commentary by a channel 24 on air talent....and how can she be greedy? She is just reporting the news!

A "sangsue" is usually somebody greedy, but it can also only be used as an insult, which seems to be the case in your video.
