I am only a beginner in French.  I am uncertain concerning the following:  If the past participle of a reflexive verb is used adjectivally, does it require the reflexive pronoun?  So, if I wanted to say "A woman, dressed fashionably," would it be correct to say "Une femme, s'habillee a la mode," or "Une femme, habillee a la mode"?  Thank you in advance for your help.

Basically, the answer to your question is no.

A "reflexive verb" is only a reflexive verb while it's actually used as a verb. Once you isolate the past participle, to all intents and purposes it becomes a "normal" adjective. (That's actually a white lie: occasionally past participles can behave more as though they were verbs, e.g. "Le train arrivé de Bruxelles" = "The train (which has) arrived from Brussels", but to keep things simple, pretend that what I've said is true for now.)

So your sentence would be the second version Une femme habillée ....
