I'm suppose to rewrite the following question using the passe compose and est-ce que form.

Is this correct...

Rose,  est-ce que tu viens avant henri?
est-ce que vous venez avant Henri ?

Mes amis, est-ce que vous restez chez  vous?
et-ce que vous restez chez vous?

You have failed to use the passé composé. You need to use the verb etre with both of the above verbs.
Are there 4 questions here, or are lines 2 and 4 your attempts ? If they are questions
to be converted, the gender and number of the subjects is unclear; the spelling of the
past participle depends on this information.
Here, I convert lines 1 and 3 only:-

1] Rose, est-ce que tu es venue avant Henri ?

3] Mes amis, est-ce que vous êtes restés chez vous ?

The above past participles agree with the subjects:

1) Rose - 2nd person feminine singular
3) Mes amis - 2nd person masculine plural.
