Le tigre rôder dans les rues.
Tiger on the prowl.

I hope my French sentence is fine.

When tiger roams it looks for prey. In English we say tiger on the prowl.
If a man goes here and there looking for girls. people use the phrase tiger on the prowl.

Brrrr, it's frightening :)

Ahaha. Didn't know that.

Anyway, "le tigre rôde dans les rue" would only apply to a real tiger in French. If a man is looking for girls, you can say "Il est en chasse" (he's hunting). It's a bit the same idea. Applies to animals as well, especially to pets. "Mon chat est en chasse".
