Please help me to correct following translation. Thanks in advance.

I'm now on vacation until 15 March, 2010 inclusive. I shall resume my office on 16 March, 2010. In the aforesaid period all mails addressed to me will not receive my prompt attention. For case of urgency please do feel free to contact my teammate and/or my secretary, Ms. xxx, on phone: 12345 during office hours (GMT +8). It is regrettable for any inconvenience caused thereby. Thanks for your kind attention.

que cela pourrait causer = that it could cause ?

Hi Stephen

"m’étant addressés/envoyés" = addressed to me
I have used the auxiliary "être" before the verb "addresser" and reversed all the words in the french sentence to make it sound right. It wouln't be correct to say "envoyés à moi".

"surtout n'hésitez pas" = please do feel free
I prefer to remove the words "s’il vous plais" and just say "surtout n'hésitez pas", although it's not wrong if you say "s'il vous plais surtout n'hésitez pas", it's just less common I think to say it this way because "surtout n'hésitez pas" is polite enough, so usually you don't need to add a "s'il vous plais". The word "surtout" is used here in the same way as "do", to accentuate the words that follow it.

"que cela pourrait causer" = that it could cause / caused thereby
"tout inconvéniant ainsi causé" : with the whole sentence it just didn't sound very correct to me to say it this way so I've replaced the expression but the general meaning is the same.
