"Non m'enfin, ne poussez pas! Il y a de la place pour tout le monde!"
Can anyone tell me what the 'non m'enfin' means in this sentence?  It's the caption under a photo of a crowd of people trying to get on a bus.  I know 'enfin' of course but I can't get the context of this.  It's from a very interesting Facebook site called 'Paris D'antan' - lovely old pictures!
Thank you,
Jackie

Hi Jackie -- it's basically a contraction of "Non mais enfin". It's basically an expression of exasperation, a bit like if you said in English "Come on", "Oh for goodness sake" etc.

Thank you Neil!  I would never have guessed this - useful to know.
