What does this negative expression mean?
Il ne m'amuse point.

Not At all? He doesn't amuse me at all?

what about ne...nulle
or ne...nul

Cet emission n'est nulle.
This program is misinformed.

"point" was a drop-in replacement for "pas".

Il ne s'amuse point = Il ne s'amuse pas

However, "point" sounds really oldish. Even in a very formal context, nobody is using it any more for ages, neither in speech nor in texts. If you ever say "point", it would sound ridiculous, not even funny.

"nul", as an adjective, means crap. The feminine is "nulle".

Cette émission est nulle = this program is garbage

Ok, you mean nul ne... or nul n'...
It's a formal and impersonal way to say "Nobody". It's written, almost never spoken.

Nul n'est censé ignorer la Loi
Nobody is supposed to be ignorant about the law.
