Remember to shorten ne to n' before a vowel-- you've not done this in all cases.

In (1), you haven't actually mentioned "wine". So with the previous observation, it would be:

Je n'achète jamais de vin ici.

Similarly, remember to shorten le. As I mentioned before, the word for "very" is très.

You've got (3) in a bit of a muddle. The verb that is being negated is "like". So first, concentrate on negating this verb: Je n'aime pas... Then, treat "pay high prices" as a separate unit. Remember that adjectives that are past participles (generally those ending in -é) go after the noun. So you end up with: Je n'aime pas payer des prix elevés.

(4) is OK -- just be careful of the spelling of propriétaire.

(5) is almost OK -- remember if you have notre, then you don't need du as well. You could also use it instead of notre, but in that case you would change it to de: Nous ne perdons pas de temps ici.
