You can say : Cher / Chère . It's a bit old fashion.
What's the modern way, Erwan? No salutation at all?
In a (very) not formal letter or on a postcard, it can begin with :
- the first name
- "Bonjour ..." + first name or "Bonjour la famille"
- "Salut ..."
