Aussi longtemps que ces valeurs sont présents.

That might not be right, depending on the sense of "As long as." If it's "For the time during which" then Aussi longtemps is right. If it's "Provided that," it would be Etant donné que ces valeurs sont présents.

Yes, while "aussi longtemps que..."/"tant que..." would work if they literally meant "for the duration of time that...", I agree that that's probably not what is meant here.

However, I'm not sure that "étant donné que..." quite captures the same meaning. I wonder if it'a clearer in French to say:

À condition que ces valeurs soient présentes...

or, depending on the exact context, I think one of the following could work:

Chaque fois que ces valeurs sont présentes...

Si toutefois ces valeurs sont présentes...

(This last one means something like "If/provided that these values are indeed present", i.e. emphasising a necessity that might otherwhise be overlooked-- I think that's often the idea of "as long as".)

However, as is often the case, it would really be helpful to see at least the whole sentence in order to choose the most appropriate variant.

I like Si toutefois....

Is Pourvu que... also an option? (converting sont to soient)

It potentially is, but not generally at the start of a sentence, I don't think. (In that case, "pourvu que..." would generally mean something like "Let's hope that...", "Let's try to make sure that...".)

That brings to mind Phillippe Noiret's famous cabaret act featuring Racine and Roi Louis XIV: "Pourvu qu'il me reconnaisse".
