Expression - what does it mean?
Someone sent me an email with the following signature line:
Celles qui passent ne viennent jamais...
I've looked up the individual words and tried to figure out what this means, but I have a feeling there is something more in the meaning. Does anyone get this? Thank you!

What was he talking about? Does "celles" refer to something or to somebody?
This is not an expression AFAIK. A deeper knowledge of the context could help a lot in order to figure out the meaning of this phrase. But he's probably talking about some flaky girls that you shouldn't count on.
